    Online Lending helps you manage your money without leaving your home or office. The things you used to have to do in person can now be completed online:


    • Check your account balances and review transaction histories.

    • Confirm which checks, deposits, withdrawals, and ATM/Debit Card transactions have posted.

    • Transfer funds between deposit accounts on which you are a signer.

    • Export information from Online Lending to your personal financial management software.

    • Enjoy the added control and convenience of paying your bills with the click of the mouse using Online Bill Pay.

    • Place a Stop Payment on a check you have written.

    • View or print images of your checks.

    • Receive your monthly statement electronically.

  • How do I sign up for online bill pay?

    You can sign up for online bill pay through online banking.

  • Will I need special software to use Online Lending?

    No, all you need to use Banque Rouen Online Lending with Bill Pay is access to the Internet using either Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google Chrome (the latest versions are highly recommended for your greatest security) and a 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. If your browser is not using the latest 128-bit encryption, you will be prompted to upgrade before accessing your accounts.

  • How do I access Online Lending once I am enrolled?

    Enter your User Code and Password in the box in the upper right hand corner of the homepage.

  • Can I transfer funds between my accounts?

    Yes, you can transfer between most accounts on which you are a signer.

  • What are popular payees?

    Popular payees are merchants or businesses with which our online bill pay vendor currently has a relationship. Payments to these payees are typically sent electronically.

  • When is Online Lending with Bill Pay available to me?

    Online Lending is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

  • Can I use Online Lending to place a Stop Payment on a check I have written?

    Yes, once you have logged on to the system, click on the account the check was written on and select the Stop Payment button. Follow the online instructions.

  • Why can’t I login to online banking?

    There are a few reasons for login problems:


    • Incorrect Username or Password. Verify your username and password is being entered correctly. *Tip: Avoid using saved, autofill, or suggested usernames/passwords that your browser/device may suggest and try manually entering your credentials. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot Password link.

    • Access is Locked – Too many invalid login attempts and/or incorrect responses to security questions will lock your account. Contact Customer Support.

    • Internet/Web Browser – Online banking runs best on the most updated web browser versions. Make sure your web browser is up to date.

    • Cache and Cookies – Cache and Cookies are files created by websites you visit. They make your online experience easier by saving browsing information. Over time, these stored files can affect how your web browser performs, and they need to be cleared/deleted.
